You've Received your GSA Award.  Now what?
Once the euphoria of having finally received your schedule has worn off, it is time to get down to serious business development.  We will start by making sure you have the basics in place, such as complying with requirements listed in your award document (FSS Pricelist, VSC registration, GSA Advantage upload). If not, we assist in developing these important documents so that your company is listed higher in the relevancy rankings and that your FSS Pricelist is an effective marketing tool rather than simply a compliance document.  
We also provide you with a one hour tele-seminar on “Management Systems for GSA Contract Administration” Once these contract basics are taken care of, we will move on to more substantive marketing efforts.  We begin by conducting a tele-seminar on “How to Market using your GSA schedule.”  We then review your firm's unique value proposition by talking with management, and reviewing your web site and marketing collateral. We prepare appropriate letters, e-mail notifications, press releases, and web site modifications to help your sales team get moving in the right direction.  
This service is also valuable for some firms that have had a schedule for some time, but have done little to exploit it
